I am Terry Cook the Labour Councillor for Avonmouth Ward in the city of Bristol. The Avonmouth Ward is made up of three communities Avonmouth, Shirehampton and Lawrence Weston. I was until late February the Executive Member for Neighbourhoods and Involvement and the City’s Member Cycling Champion.
